Training programs are available at Inis Fitness.

So how does it work?  Book your appointment either over the phone or in person with reception choosing a day and time that suits you.  A qualified fitness instructor will discuss your goals and fitness background.  Then the instructor will walk you through the program and demonstrate the machines and exercises involved in your 4 week program.
